Information collected
The enquiry form collects your name, email, city or venue, event type and message. Phone number, date and guest count are optional. Submission time, form acknowledgement and the notice version are also recorded. Marketing permission is a separate, optional choice.
How information is used
Your details are used to assess the event enquiry, contact you and prepare a proposal. Submitting a form does not create a reservation or service agreement. Information is held in the panel accessible to site administrators. When email or CRM notifications are configured, enquiry details may be transmitted through those services.
Infrastructure and storage
The site runs on Cloudflare infrastructure, with content and enquiries in D1 and media in R2. Login and form attempts are limited to prevent abuse. Administrators can delete enquiries when their processing purpose has ended. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion relating to your enquiry.
Cookie choices
A secure session cookie is used for administrator access. Visitor choices are stored in the browser. Tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, Tag Manager and Clarity load only when configured by the administrator and allowed by the relevant preference. You can reject all optional tools or change your decision using Cookie preferences in the footer.
Security verification
When form protection is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile performs technical checks to prevent abuse. Verification results are checked on the server.
